Matsue ranks alongside Kyoto and Kanazawa as a renowned tea center, and the main shop's sales floor displays Wakazakura alongside seasonal confections and dried sweets in beautiful array. Tips
Wakazakura has a relatively short shelf life, so plan your purchase according to your travel schedule. During summer months, the mochi may soften more easily, so bringing a cooling bag is advisable.
