岩手県宮古市にある女遊戸海水浴場は、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)まで開設され、遊泳時間は8時30分から17時までです。7月18日から8月7日までは土日祝のみの開設、8月8日から8月16日は毎日開設となります。シャワーとトイレが整備され、約20台分の駐車場もあり、家族連れでも訪れやすい静かな砂浜です。派手な賑わいはない分、波打ち際でのんびり水遊びを楽しみたいファミリーにぴったりのビーチ。夕方の遊泳終了まで、三陸の穏やかな海を心ゆくまで満喫しましょう。

Tips

駐車場は約20台とこぢんまりしているため、混み合う日は早めの到着が安心です。遊泳時間は17時までなので、着替えの時間を見込んで16時45分ごろには切り上げるのがおすすめ。三陸の海は風が出ると肌寒く感じることもあるので、羽織るものを1枚持っておくと安心です。
