A small exhibition facility near Karo Port themed around Tottori's marine bounty. You can view the ecology of local seafood, particularly Matsuba crabs, up close, capturing children's curiosity as they peek into tanks. Its location just a short walk from the beach makes it perfect for a warm-up before swimming. The air-conditioned interior stays comfortable even on hot summer days. 鳥取市の賀露港に隣接する海水浴場で、2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)まで開設されます。遊泳時間は平日が9時30分から16時まで、土日祝は9時から17時までです。賀露みなと観光協会が管理する遊泳無料のビーチで、周辺には海鮮料理店が立ち並んでいるため、泳いだあとの休憩や食事にも困りません。波打ち際での水遊びから砂遊びまで、鳥取砂丘とはまた違った海の表情を家族で満喫できる、この1日のクライマックスです。

Tips

遊泳は無料ですが、更衣室やシャワーの有無は事前に賀露みなと観光協会の案内で確認しておくと安心です。夏の砂浜は熱くなるのでビーチサンダルを。平日は16時までの遊泳なので、着替えの時間を見込んで15分前には切り上げるのがおすすめです。

Tips

Within walking distance of Karo Port Beach. The facility isn't large, so visiting in the morning before crowds is recommended. The interior is stroller-friendly.
