Scenic Viewpoint Overlooking Rainbow Pine Grove and Karatsu Bay
About this spot
An observation platform built on the summit of Kagami Mountain, which rises to the east of Karatsu city. From here, you can see an expansive view of Rainbow Pine Grove and Karatsu Bay below, with the distant Karatsu cityscape visible beyond. Viewing the grove from this platform after walking through it gives you a true appreciation of its vast scale. The surrounding area is developed as a park, and you can enjoy the scenery even from areas close to the parking lot.

Tips
荒天時は中止・順延の可能性があるため、当日の開催可否は唐津市の公式発表で確認を。終了後は周辺道路が混雑するため、少し余韻を楽しんでから帰路につくのがおすすめです。

About 15 minutes by car from Rainbow Pine Grove. You can drive near the summit to the observation platform. Summer sun is intense; don't forget drinks and a hat.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour. Early afternoon when the air is clear is recommended.
