About this spot
A lotus flower garden created using fallow fields in Kamioda, Kamikawa Town, carefully maintained by local residents. In mid-summer, large leaves spread abundantly across the water surface, and pink and white large blossoms bloom one after another. The flower field quietly spreading through rural scenery has a charming, peaceful atmosphere unique to mountain villages. Slowly enjoying the view from the embankment becomes a quiet moment for families to appreciate summer flowers. Since flowers open in the morning and begin to close after early afternoon, visiting in the morning is recommended.

2026年8月1日(土)開催、神崎郡神河町の神崎小学校グラウンドを会場に行われる、地域に根ざした夏まつりです。約1,000発の花火が20時35分から21時までの短い時間に次々と打ち上がり、山あいの静かな里山の夜空を彩ります。会場は小学校のグラウンドを利用しているため、比較的近い距離で花火を見上げられるのが魅力です。まつり会場には出店も並び、夏休みらしいにぎやかな雰囲気の中で花火を待つことができます。周囲を山に囲まれた立地のため、花火の音が反響して迫力ある響きになるのも特徴です。
Tips
駐車場は台数に限りがあるため、早めの到着がおすすめです。荒天時は中止となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は神河町の公式発表で確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、帰り道は時間に余裕を持って。
Tips
Approximately 10 minutes by car from the rest stop. The dedicated parking lot has limited spaces, so please avoid roadside parking. The embankment paths can be uneven underfoot, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour. Flowers are in full bloom in the morning and gradually close as the afternoon progresses.
