Tips
荒天時は7月31日(金)に順延となる予定なので、当日の実施状況は公式発表で確認しましょう。河川敷は場所によって見え方が異なるため、早めに到着して見やすい位置を確保するのがおすすめです。終了後は周辺道路や駅が混み合うため、時間差での移動が安心です。

About 20 minutes by car from Asahiyama Zoo. Benches and rest areas are scattered throughout, making it easy to walk with young children. The venue area becomes crowded on the festival evening, so completing shopping beforehand is reassuring.

About 1 hour. Evening provides softer sunlight and easier walking conditions.
