A Japanese garden created in the early Edo period as the villa garden of a feudal lord of Hiroshima. The landscape, centered around a large pond, captures in miniature the features of mountains, valleys, and rural scenery. Walking through the garden, you'll experience constantly changing vistas. The gardens are beautiful throughout the seasons, with lush green foliage providing pleasant shade in summer. Located in the city center yet maintaining a tranquil atmosphere, it's an ideal place to take a break.

2026年7月27日(月)開催、広島市中区の住吉神社を会場に行われる、広島三大祭のひとつ「すみよしさん」を締めくくる打ち上げ花火です。地域に古くから伝わるお祭りで、川沿いの夜空に花火が打ち上がる光景は、広島の夏の風物詩として親しまれています。川面に映り込む花火の光も見どころのひとつで、都心にいながら趣のある花火観賞を楽しめます。翌7月28日(火)も開催されるため、都合に合わせて日程を選べるのも便利なポイントです。
Tips
荒天時は日程が変更・中止となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は主催者の発表で確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路や橋が大変混雑するため、時間に余裕を持って移動を。
