A shrine enshrined within Ueda Castle Ruins Park dedicated to the Sanada clan and successive lords of Ueda Castle. Known for the castle's history as an impregnable fortress, it's beloved as a shrine for victory and academic success prayers. The grounds are compact, but the Six Coins (Rokumonsen) motif, the family crest of the Sanada clan, is visible, making it a popular spot among historical drama fans.

2026年8月29日(土)開催、信州でも屈指の規模を誇る花火大会です。千曲川河川敷(常田新橋下流)から約8,000発の花火が打ち上がり、大小さまざまなスターマインが夜空を埋め尽くします。真田氏ゆかりの城下町を1日かけて巡った締めくくりにふさわしい、圧倒的なスケールのフィナーレです。上田盆地を囲む山々に音が反響する迫力も、この大会ならではの魅力です。

荒天時は中止や順延の可能性があるため、当日の開催可否は上田市の公式発表で確認を。終了後は上田駅周辺と周辺道路が非常に混雑するため、時間差での移動を心がけましょう。夜は冷えることがあるので羽織ものを忘れずに。
