A walking path built along the Matsugawa River that flows through Ito's hot spring district. Along the willow-lined riverbanks, traditional shooting gallery-style shops remain, allowing you to experience the retro atmosphere of a hot spring town. Carp swim in the river, and the charm lies in leisurely strolling while viewing historic structures like Tokaikan. The promenade is also close to Ito Port, making it easy to move on to your next destination.

2026年8月10日(月)開催、80回の節目を迎える按針祭 海の花火大会のクライマックスです。三浦按針(ウィリアム・アダムス)にちなむ伝統ある祭りで、伊東港沖から打ち上がる約20,000発は静岡県内でも屈指の規模を誇ります。夜空いっぱいに広がる花火が海面にも映り込み、温泉町の夜をいっそう華やかに彩ります。1日かけて巡った伊東の締めくくりにふさわしい、圧巻のフィナーレです。
