名水と城下町の風情で知られる大野市で、8月13日から16日までの4日間開催される夏祭りです。踊り会場となる六間通りには提灯が連なり、櫓を中心に地元の人々や観光客が輪になって盆踊りを踊ります。昼間に見上げた越前おおの城の灯りを遠くに感じながら、城下町らしい落ち着いた雰囲気の中で夜遅くまで続く踊りの輪に加わるのは、大野ならではの夏の思い出になるはずです。

会場周辺は夜間交通規制がかかることがあるため、車で来る場合は駐車場の位置を事前に確認しておきましょう。夜は山あいの気候で涼しくなることがあるので、羽織るものがあると安心です。
