This over-one-kilometer bridge connects Noto Island to Nakajima and Tatehama districts in Nanao City. Crossing it offers expansive views of the calm waters of Nanao North Bay. The beautiful inlet scenery unique to this sheltered inner sea unfolds, and the views from the car window alone are worth enjoying. Since both the aquarium and glass museum are on Noto Island, this bridge crossing becomes part of the tour itself.

七尾市中島町宮前に鎮座する久麻加夫都阿良加志比古神社を舞台に、国の重要無形民俗文化財にも指定されている「お熊甲祭」が開かれます。2026年は9月20日の開催で、氏子となる集落から大きな枠旗が担ぎ出され、笛や太鼓の音色に合わせて境内へと繰り出す様子は壮観です。獅子舞や神輿も加わり、能登の秋を彩る勇壮な祭りとして地域の人々に大切に受け継がれてきました。静かな里山の神社が、この日だけは熱気に包まれる特別な一日です。
