Kameoka Sports Park Pool (亀岡運動公園プール, Kame-Poo) is an outdoor leisure pool inside Kameoka City Park Commons. In 2026 it operates from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31, from 10:00 to 17:00. Set in a nature-rich location ringed by mountains, it is a municipal pool much loved by local children. Several pools are provided, laid out so that everyone from toddlers to elementary school children can enjoy it.
Tips
Weekends during the summer holidays can get crowded, so entering close to opening time is recommended. Light meals can be bought at the park shop, but bringing plenty of drinks is reassuring. Finish your sun protection properly before entering.

Entering around 12:00 gives you a full five hours or so of play until closing in the evening
