This full-day course stars the Hokkaido Sunpillar Park Water Play Plaza (Fountain) (北海道立サンピラーパーク 水遊びの広場(噴水)) in a prefectural park in Nayoro City (名寄市), northern Hokkaido. The venue is Hokkaido Sunpillar Park (北海道立サンピラーパーク) in Nayoro City, where the fountain-centred water play plaza can be enjoyed free of charge. In a typical year the period runs from Saturday 25 April to Tuesday 15 September; the official guidance gives the summer season as "late April to mid-September", and entry wearing outdoor shoes is prohibited.
