2026年8月1日(土)開催、湘南の夏の風物詩です。最大の見どころは、海に投げ込まれた花火が海面すれすれで扇形に開く名物「水中孔雀」。孔雀が羽を広げたような光が波間に映る光景は、海辺の大会ならではの美しさです。えぼし岩のシルエットと花火の共演を、波音とともに砂浜から楽しめば、湘南の夏の思い出は完璧です。

荒天時の開催可否は茅ヶ崎市・大会公式の発表で確認を。終了直後は茅ヶ崎駅までの道と駅構内が大混雑します。浜で少し余韻を楽しんでからの帰宅か、辻堂駅方面へ歩く分散ルートも選択肢です。

On fireworks night, the shopping street and convenience stores become extremely crowded in the evening, so complete your shopping early in the afternoon for peace of mind. The beach is about 15 minutes' walk straight down the street.
