2026年8月22日から23日にかけて開催される馬関まつりは、関門海峡に面したオーヴィジョン海峡ゆめ広場を中心に、下関市街の各所を舞台に繰り広げられる下関最大級の夏まつりです。会場周辺には約200店ともいわれる屋台が立ち並び、正午の開幕から夜21時30分まで、踊りやステージイベントとともに一日を通して大いににぎわいます。関門海峡を渡る潮風を感じながら過ごす夏の1日は、朝から観光を楽しんだ後の締めくくりにふさわしい熱気に満ちています。

会場周辺は日中から夜にかけて長時間の開催となるため、こまめな休憩と水分補給を心がけましょう。夕方以降は特に混み合うため、駐車場や公共交通機関の情報を事前に確認しておくと安心です。
