You can view masterpieces you've seen in textbooks—such as Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper, Van Gogh's Sunflowers, and Monet's grand water lilies floating in an outdoor pond—up close while taking photographs. The appreciation route extends approximately 4 kilometers from 3 floors below ground to 2 floors above, allowing you to travel through the world's museums in a single day. Tips
Since the museum is very large, if visiting in the morning, it's recommended to focus on the Sistine Chapel and the masterpieces on floors B3 to B2. Tickets are more affordable and purchasing online in advance is smoother. The appreciation route is long, so wear comfortable walking shoes. The museum is relatively quiet just after opening.
