Standing at about 199 meters above sea level in central Muroran, this observation deck at the summit offers sweeping vistas of the iconic White Swan Bridge and the industrial harbor. On clear days, you can see distant mountains silhouetting across the Inner Bay beyond, providing real sense of Muroran's character as a port town. The drive to the deck is convenient, making this an accessible stop.
