This facility rehabilitates and displays seals that have been rescued due to injury or illness. You can observe the adorable antics and swimming behaviors of seals from very close by, offering an intimate connection with marine life. Through the exhibits, you can also learn about the natural environment of the Okhotsk Sea and wildlife conservation efforts. It's a spot where even small children can enjoy themselves while deepening their understanding of marine creatures.
