A science museum themed around the drift ice of the Sea of Okhotsk, using videos and models to clearly explain how drift ice forms and drifts to the shores of Monbetsu. While you can't see actual drift ice during summer, the exhibits let you experience the mystery of the Okhotsk region's nature. With plenty of explanations aimed at children, it's a facility where you can learn while having fun.

Located just a few minutes by car from around Monbetsu Port. The interior is cool, making it a handy spot to cool off during summer as well.
