This is a park in Kazukigaoka, Shimanto Town. It's equipped with recreational facilities such as a go-kart track, an obstacle course, and an outdoor stage, and the grounds also contain Kubokawa Shimanto Hall (窪川四万十会館), which has a 503-seat auditorium. After getting active with your kids, have dinner from the festival food stalls and secure a spot for the fireworks starting at 8:00 PM.
Tips
About a 5-minute drive from Michi-no-Eki Aguri Kubokawa (道の駅あぐり窪川). On the day, the area around Honmachi Shopping Street is often subject to traffic restrictions, so it's reassuring to check Shimanto Town's official information beforehand.
