A prefectural art museum standing inside Midorigaoka Park (緑ヶ丘公園). The low building seems to blend into the park's greenery, and it is designed so that the scenery outside comes into view as you move through it. The galleries are quiet and air-conditioned, so you can spend the hours of strongest sunshine in comfort. Depending on the special exhibition, programs for children are sometimes offered, giving the place an atmosphere that is easy to enter even for a child visiting an art museum for the first time. A zoo and a museum are also gathered in the same grounds, so you can change how you spend your time according to the mood of the day.

中央公園噴水(帯広)は、帯広市の中央公園にある無料の水遊び場です。2026年の開設期間はまだ発表されておらず、例年は夏休みの時期に合わせて水が出ます。街の中心に近い公園なので、買い物や食事のあとに気軽に寄れて、遊び終わったらそのまま帰路につけるのが大きな利点です。プールのような水深がないので、水に慣れていない小さな子でも親の手のそばで少しずつ慣らしていけます。この噴水は夜にライトアップされるので、昼の水遊びとはまったく違う姿を見せます。夕食のあとにもう一度立ち寄って、光る水を眺めて一日を締めくくるという楽しみ方もできます。

2026年の開設期間は未発表です。出かける前に帯広市の案内で、当日噴水が動いているかを必ず確認してください。天候や機器の点検の都合で止まっていることもあります。更衣室は用意されていない前提で、水着は下に着ていくと着替えが楽になります。噴水のまわりは濡れた床が滑りやすいので、走る前に足元を子どもと確認しておきましょう。夜のライトアップを見るなら、上がったあとに羽織れる一枚を必ず用意してください。
