Shiki-no-Michi Hasegawa Observation Park, Suisen Hill (stream and fountain) is a free water play area in the No. 5 open space of the riverside route park that runs along the Yamato River (Hatsuse River). According to Tawaramoto Town's official information, the fountain is scheduled to operate from Saturday, June 13, Reiwa 8 (2026) through Wednesday, September 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because there is a flowing stream as well as a fountain, even small children can play without concern about depth, which is a great reassurance. The 8,644-square-meter open space has a rest area, a play equipment corner, walking paths and a rose garden, so children can keep playing at their own pace: play equipment when they tire of the water, water again when they tire of the equipment. The views along the embankment are fine and a river breeze passes through, so simply sitting in the shade of the trees keeps you cool. Since it is free, you can also drop in for just a short while.

The fountain is scheduled to run until 5:00 p.m., so getting out of the water around 4:30 p.m. allows time to change and head home calmly. Operation is only a plan and may change due to weather, so check Tawaramoto Town's official information before you set out. Shade is limited to the rest area and the stands of trees, so a picnic sheet and a hat make breaks easier. After water play, wash your feet well at the tap and change clothes before moving to the play equipment for a more comfortable time. For children not yet out of diapers, bring swim diapers.

About 3 hours 10 minutes. The afternoon, when the sun softens, is recommended, with plenty of time before the fountain ends at 5:00 p.m.
