
2026 Soja Summer Festival Fireworks Display - Full Day Course
A full-day course that makes the 2026 Summer Festival Fireworks Display on August 1st (Saturday) the star attraction and lets you enjoy Soja City in Okayama Prefecture and its surroundings from noon through evening. In the afternoon, you'll visit Oni no Shiro on Mt. Oniki, designated as a National Historic Site, along with other spots where you can experience Soja's history and nature. Follow traces of ancient heritage scattered throughout the rural landscape of Kibi Road while enjoying an leisurely summer afternoon unique to Okayama. In the evening, return along the Takahashi River to secure your spot and have an early dinner. When darkness falls, enjoy about 2,500 fireworks illuminating the night sky from the Takahashi River riverbed ground on the north side of Soja Bridge, accompanied by the river breeze. A complete Soja summer plan that lets you experience both a historical walk through Kibi Road and fireworks over the Takahashi River in one day.
