2026 YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN Night View Full-Day Course
YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN, an urban ropeway connecting the area in front of Sakuragicho Station and Unga Park, offers a day for families to enjoy the night view of Minato Mirai. Operating hours are 10:00-21:00 (varies by day; reception may close earlier when crowded; check the official operating calendar for days off). Fares are one-way: adults (junior high school students and up) ¥1,000, children (ages 3 to elementary school) ¥500; round-trip: adults ¥1,800, children ¥900; free for children under 3. In the early afternoon, walk from Sakuragicho Station along the over-water promenade Kishamichi (汽車道) to the Shinko district, then shop and take a snack break at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (横浜赤レンガ倉庫). In the evening, board the cabin from Unga Park Station - the climax is viewing the port scenery from the air as it changes from dusk to night. On autumn nights the sea breeze gets cold, so don't forget a jacket. Since it gets dark on the way back, hold your child's hand and choose well-lit streets.
