This course lets you play all day without worrying about the weather at The Kids Sagamihara Daiei Kamimizo (The Kids 相模原ダイエー上溝店), an indoor amusement park inside the Daiei Kamimizo store just a short walk from Kamimizo Station on the JR Sagami Line. Opening hours are 10:00-18:00 (last entry 17:30). For children, an all-day pass costs 1,200 yen on weekdays and 1,700 yen on weekends and holidays; for parents and guardians, an all-day pass is 500 yen. There is also a 30-minute trial for 500 yen and a 3-hour weekend/holiday pass for 1,200 yen. Start the morning at Kamimizo Station, get some light exercise at Yokoyama Park, a municipal sports park within walking distance of the station, and then enter right at opening time. Because it is indoors, you can enjoy a full day of active play in comfort, rain or scorching heat.

A course for a full day of outdoor play at Kodomonokuni (こどもの国), a large children's recreation facility spreading over the hills of Aoba Ward, Yokohama. Open 9:30 to 16:30 (last entry 15:30). Across its vast grounds are lawn plazas, playground equipment, and a ranch area where you can meet animals, and it bustles with families in every season. Admission (revised April 1, 2026): adults 800 yen, high school students 600 yen, junior high school students 300 yen, elementary school students 300 yen, small children (3 and up) 200 yen, and free for ages 0 to 2. Parking is 1,000 yen for standard cars. Note that the park is closed every Wednesday (open if it falls on a national holiday). By train, transfer at Nagatsuta Station to the Kodomonokuni Line and ride to the end of the line. The entrance being right outside the ticket gates is another plus for families with children.

This course spends a full day at Sagamiko MORI MORI (さがみ湖MORI MORI), an amusement park spread over the mountains by Lake Sagami. Making the most of the mountainside terrain, the park offers attractions you enjoy out in nature, including athletic courses and a Ferris wheel. Admission tickets fall into three tiers (A/B/C) depending on the date: adults 1,900/2,000/2,300 yen, children and seniors (65+) 1,200/1,300/1,600 yen. The unlimited-ride free pass is the same price every day: adults 4,700 yen, children and seniors 3,700 yen (some attractions such as Muscle Monster cost extra). Operating hours vary by date, so be sure to check the operating calendar. In the morning, stroll from JR Sagamiko Station to the lakeside Kanagawa Prefectural Lake Sagami Park to take in the lake views, then catch a bus to the park. It's a day for savoring the mountains and the lake all at once.
