
2026 Anraku Island Beach Full-Day Course
A full-day course that showcases Anraku Island Beach in Toba City, Mie Prefecture (open from July 18 to August 23, 2026), letting you savor all the bounty of Toba's sea. In the morning, first encounter diverse sea creatures at Toba Aquarium, then visit Mikimoto Pearl Island to see the history of the birthplace of pearl cultivation and watch sea diver performances. At noon, enjoy the fresh seafood of Ise-Shima at Toba Ichiban-gai in front of Toba Station, then head to the sea. The highlight, Anraku Island Beach, features gentle waves on a shallow sandy beach, with free admission and free access to toilets and showers. There are 4 outdoor cold-water showers and 2 additional showers in the women's changing room, making it easy to freshen up after swimming. Parking is available for approximately 30 vehicles. Enjoy Toba's unique summer day: touring the aquarium while gazing at Toba Bay, exploring pearl history, and finally splashing about the shoreline with the whole family. Bring your swimsuit and towel, and head to Toba's sea.
