2026 Kyuhozeji Green Area Pool Full Day Course

A full-day course centered on Kyuhozeji Green Area Pool in Yao City (八尾市), open from July 18 (Saturday) to August 23 (Sunday), 2026. Pre-opening is available on July 11 (Saturday) and 12 (Sunday), and additional operations on weekends and holidays from August 29 (Saturday) to September 21 (Monday, National Holiday) extend the summer fun. In the morning, walk through the historic Kyuhozeji Teramachi located just beside the green area and enjoy some cool respite in the calm, temple-town atmosphere. At lunchtime, eat and shop at Ario Yao (アリオ八尾), then head to the pool after changing. There are two 50-meter pools, one 25-meter pool, and a shallow-water pool for young children, with wheelchair-accessible ramps for safe family enjoyment. Affordable admission prices—¥850 for adults, ¥430 for junior high students, and ¥220 for children (ages 4–elementary school)—with operating hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Splashing around until evening makes for a satisfying, summer-vacation-worthy day. Conveniently accessible from Kintetsu and JR Yao Station (八尾駅), it's an easy day-trip destination to plan.
