From July 4 (Saturday) to August 30 (Sunday) 2026, open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., this full-day course features Sunbeach Hitotsuha Beach (サンビーチ一ツ葉海水浴場) in Miyazaki City as the star attraction, allowing you to enjoy the entire city. In the morning, pray for travel safety at Miyazaki Shrine (宮崎神宮), the chief guardian shrine of Miyazaki, and touch on the region's nature and history at the adjacent Miyazaki Prefectural Museum (宮崎県総合博物館). For lunch, choose your preferred restaurant at Hinata Aeon Mall Miyazaki (ひなたイオンモール宮崎) and enjoy a hearty meal. The climax is the afternoon at Sunbeach Hitotsuha Beach. The gently sloping sandy beach facing the Hitotsuha Coast with its Phoenix tree-lined avenue has lifeguards on duty, rental floats, and a barbecue area, allowing families to relax and enjoy themselves.
