2026 Miyazaki City Phoenix Natural Zoo Flowing Pool Full-Day Course

This is a full-day course featuring the outdoor leisure pool "Flowing Pool" within Miyazaki City Phoenix Natural Zoo (宮崎市フェニックス自然動物園), which operates from July 4 (Saturday) to September 13 (Sunday) 2026. Please note that the facility does not operate every day; it is open only on July 4–5, 11–12, 18 through August 30, and September 5–6, 12–13, so be sure to check the official website for the schedule before visiting. In the morning, walk along the pine forest trail at the adjacent Awagiha-ra Forest Park (阿波岐原森林公園) to cool off, then enjoy encounters with elephants and giraffes in the Phoenix Natural Zoo's animal area. After lunch, finally enter the pool and drift leisurely in the 110cm-deep flowing pool while floating on a tube. Those 120cm or taller can also try the water slide, and younger children can play safely in the children's pool area. Admission is very affordable at ¥500 for adults, ¥300 for junior high students, ¥200 for elementary school students, and free for preschoolers (zoo admission required separately).
