2026 Wellpia Iyo Leisure Pool (ウェルピア伊予 レジャープール) Full-Day Course

A one-day course starring Wellpia Iyo Leisure Pool (ウェルピア伊予 レジャープール) in Shimomitani, Iyo City (伊予市下三谷), open from Saturday 11 July to Monday 31 August 2026 (please note it is closed from 13 to 17 July). In the morning, pray for a safe day for the family at Iyozuhikonomikoto Shrine (伊豫豆比古命神社 椿神社), cherished as one of Shikoku's leading shrines for matchmaking, then take a gentle family stroll through the Nadamachi shopping street (灘町商店街) spreading through central Iyo City (伊予市). After browsing the local shops along the surviving white-walled streets, it is on to the leisure pool at Wellpia Iyo from midday. With a large leisure pool and a slide, you can enjoy the water to the full during opening hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Admission is 1,300 yen for junior high age and above and 600 yen for ages 3 to elementary school; note in advance that accompanying adults also require an admission fee. The joy of this course is tasting three contrasting charms in one day: the calm air of a shrine, the old-town character of a shopping street, and the open feel of the pool. It is about 30 minutes by car from central Matsuyama City (松山市), making it well suited to a summer-holiday family trip or a weekend outing.
