2026 Hashidate Beach (Hashidate Marine Beach) Full Day Experience Course
This full-day course centers on Hashidate Beach (Hashidate Marine Beach), which opens from July 18 to August 23, 2026, allowing you to fully enjoy the Hashidate district of Kaga City, known as the home of Kitamae Ship heritage. In the morning, walk through the townscape enriched by Kitamae Ship trade, and touch upon its history at the Kitamae Ship Heritage Museum and Kura-Rokuen. Stop by the Nakaya Ukichiro Snow and Ice Science Museum near Katayamazu Hot Spring and experience the fascinating world of snow crystals with your family while having a meal. The climax is Hashidate Beach in the afternoon. On this gently sloping sandy beach facing the Japan Sea, indoor changing rooms and hot water showers are equipped, along with public restrooms and floating ring rentals, so families with small children can spend time comfortably. Swimming hours are 9 AM to 4 PM. Using the beach house as a base and taking breaks, enjoy splashing in the waves until evening. This is a summer day in Kaga's Hashidate where you can experience both the historical exploration of Kitamae Ship heritage and swimming in the Japan Sea.
