2026 Kurosaki Beach (黒崎海水浴場) Full-Day Course
A one-day course starring Kurosaki Beach (黒崎海水浴場) in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, open from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31, 2026, and also taking in the charm of Hashitate (橋立), a port town that prospered on the kitamaebune (北前船) trading ships. In the morning, touch on the history built by wealthy merchants at the Kitamaebune no Sato Museum (北前船の里資料館), and stroll unhurriedly through the streets of Hashitate (橋立), designated an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. For lunch, taste the bounty of the sea at Hashitate Fishing Port (橋立漁港), which boasts some of the largest catches in Japan, and once you have eaten your fill it is time for Kurosaki Beach (黒崎海水浴場). This quiet stretch of sand facing the Sea of Japan has changing rooms and showers, and using the beach house at 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children makes the stay even more comfortable. Hours are from 10:00 until sunset. Why not spend a summer day unique to Kaga (加賀), enjoying both a historical stroll through a port town and a swim in the sea?
