2026 Ashiya Beach Full Day Experience Course

This is a Fukuoka summer day course that revolves around Ashiya Beach opening from July 4 (Saturday) to August 16 (Sunday) 2026, visiting the pine grove at the mouth of the Onga River and the retro port town of Wakamatsu. In the morning, walk through the pine groves of Sanri Matsubara, known as Japan's white sand and blue pine, and feel the seaside atmosphere with the sea breeze. Continue to Wakamatsu Minami Kaigan-dori spreading at the foot of the Wakato Bridge, and have lunch in a townscape retaining the atmosphere of the Meiji and Taisho periods. After refueling, head to Ashiya Beach at last. Swimming is free, and lifeguards are stationed, so it's safe even for families with small children. With a parking lot accommodating 1,000 cars and access to the adjacent leisure pool "Aqua Shian", you can switch activities if you get tired of the sea.
