2026 Iwasawa Beach Full Day Experience Course
This is a one-day course featuring Iwasawa Beach in Fukushima Prefecture's Naraha Town, which is open from July 11 (Saturday) to August 23 (Sunday), 2026, with swimming hours from 9 AM to 4 PM. In the morning, we visit J-Village, the mecca of soccer, and feel up close the grass pitch that has walked the path of reconstruction since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Next, we stop at Michi no Eki Naraha and enjoy lunch while viewing local seafood and agricultural products. In the afternoon, we head to Tenjin Cape Sports Park on a high point to take in the spectacular views of the Pacific before heading to Iwasawa Beach. The climax is the afternoon sandy beach. You can enjoy water play at the shoreline, try sand sculpting, and relax with family. Swimming hours end at 4 PM, so it's recommended to wrap up a bit early to allow time for changing. This is a day unique to Naraha Town where you can feel the sea, greenery, and the image of a recovering town. Bring your swimwear and towel and head out to the summer Hamatouge.
