2026 Fukushima Central Municipal Pool Full-Day Experience Course
A half-day to full-day course centered on Fukushima Central Municipal Pool, which operates from July 4 (Sat) through August 23 (Sun), 2026. Fukushima Central Municipal Pool is a municipal outdoor leisure pool featuring both 50m and 25m pools with affordable admission: 200 yen for adults, 100 yen for high school students, and 60 yen for middle school and younger. Operating hours are by session: 9:30–11:30, 12:30–14:30, and 15:00–17:00. This course focuses on the first session right at opening. In the morning, explore Shinobu Mountain Park with a visit to Fukushima Gokoku Shrine and views from the observation deck, then spend time at Fukushima City Small Bird Forest surrounded by greenery and bird songs. After some light exercise, it's time for the pool. Swim freely in the 50m pool or enjoy water play in the 25m pool and create summer memories with your family. Since there are no children's pool or water slide, you can enjoy a calm, unrushed experience with water. By arriving at the opening time, you can avoid crowds and enjoy plenty of time in the cool morning hours—an easy summer outing completed within Fukushima city.
