2026 Kabuashima Beach (蕪島海水浴場) - Full Day Beach Experience
This full-day Hachinohe coastal experience features Kabuashima Beach (蕪島海水浴場), open from July 25 (Sat) to August 26 (Wed), 2026. The morning begins with a visit to Kabuashima Shrine (蕪嶋神社), known as a breeding ground for Japanese black-tailed gulls, followed by sea creature encounters at the Hachinohe City Fisheries Science Museum Marient (八戸市水産科学館マリエント). Move to Hassyoku Center (八食センター) for fresh seafood lunch, then return to Kabuashima Island and visit the tourist facility Kabu-nya (かぶーにゃ) before enjoying the beach. Swimming hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, with changing rooms and showers available until 4:30 PM. Swimming is free, making it budget-friendly for family outings.
