
2026 Moromine Beach - Full Day Course
A full-day course to enjoy the seaside area in Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City, featuring Moromine Beach, which opens from July 19 (Sunday) to August 23 (Sunday), 2026. In the morning, visit Moromine Fishing Port (用宗漁港) famous for whitebait, enjoy the bustling atmosphere unique to the port, and shop at the direct sales store. Next, board the Nihondaira Ropeway and take a scenic ride overlooking Suruga Bay. Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, accessible from the mountaintop side, features a National Treasure shrine building and history related to Tokugawa Ieyasu. After your visit, enjoy lunch in the surrounding area and head to the beach for the afternoon. Moromine Beach is free to use, with swimming hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Temporary changing rooms include 8 units each for men and women, and facilities include showers and restrooms. Free parking is available along the coastal road, making it easy for families to prepare. You can leisurely enjoy water play and sand play at the water's edge until evening. Bring your swimsuit and towel and head to Shizuoka's seaside facing Suruga Bay.
