2026 Kaike Onsen Kai-yu Beach All-Day Course
This is an all-day course that fully explores Yonago, a castle town in the Sanin region, centered on Kaike Onsen Kai-yu Beach, which operates from July 11 (Saturday) to August 23 (Sunday) 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the morning, spend time with art at Yonago City Museum of Art, learn about the history of the Sanin region at Sanin History Museum, and enjoy spectacular views of Lake Nakaumi and Mt. Daisen from the stone walls of Yonago Castle Ruins. After a meal near Yonago Station, head to Kaike Onsen Kai-yu Beach. The shallow beach with calm waves is staffed with lifeguards, making it safe for families with small children. Starting July 18, marine athletics will appear, allowing you to enjoy the sea while exercising. Additionally, night fireworks events are planned from July 24 to August 23, so if time permits, a revisit in the evening is also recommended. Beach swimming is free, and you can enjoy water play and sand play to your heart's content. This is a perfect course that combines Yonago sightseeing and swimming in a single day for a summer family trip. Bring your swimwear and towel, and head to Kaike Beach.
