
2026 Kokufu Town Rural Worker Welfare Center Pool - Full Day Adventure
A full-day course centered on the Kokufu Town Rural Worker Welfare Center Pool, operating from June 27 (Saturday) to August 30 (Sunday), 2026. In the morning, explore the Kokufu Town area, the center of ancient Inaba Province, visiting the historic Ube Shrine (depicted on old yen notes and coins) and the adjacent Inaba Manyoshu History Museum to learn about Manyoshu history. After lunch, head to the Tottori Sand Dunes, walk the majestic sand hills, and enjoy the cool Sand Museum with impressive sand sculptures. In the evening, head to the Kokufu Town Rural Worker Welfare Center Pool. With budget-friendly admission (adults 200 yen, junior high and elderly 100 yen, elementary school 50 yen), showers, and changing rooms, you can enjoy water play with minimal baggage. Hours are weekdays 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and weekends/holidays 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Closed every Monday. Note the day and hours before visiting. A perfect Tottori day combining history, sand dune views, and evening water play.
