2026 Ikimi Beach Full Day Experience Course

This is a one-day course featuring Ikimi Beach in Kagoshima City, open from July 18 (Saturday) to August 31 (Monday) 2026, with operating hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. In the morning, enjoy shopping at Michi no Eki Kinpou Kigumo-kan while browsing local vegetables and specialty products, then visit Takeda Shrine to pray for safe travels. Next, stroll through the charming streets of the historic Kaseda-Fumoto samurai house district before lunchtime. After a meal, head to Ikimi Beach. The beach house offers free showers, toilets, changing rooms, and coin lockers, with about 40 free parking spaces, making it perfect for families with lots of luggage. Swimming is free. Under the summer sun, enjoy everything from playing in the waves to building sandcastles until evening. With closing time at 6 PM, it's recommended to head to the beach in the afternoon with plenty of time to spare.
