2026 Himegami Festival and Cooling Fireworks: A Full-Day Course

Centered on the Himegami Festival and Cooling Fireworks held from 8:00-8:30pm on Sunday, July 26, 2026, this course lets you spend a full day in the small fishing town of Mugi. By day, feel the atmosphere of the shopping street in front of Mugi Station, then cross to Tebajima, known for its retro streetscapes, and enjoy swimming together as a family at Uchizuma Beach. In the evening, head back to the venue at Mugiura Hamasaki, grab a bite while waiting for the show, and at night about 700 fireworks color the sky above the seaside. It's a summer day plan unique to Mugi Town where you can enjoy a remote island stroll, swimming in the sea, and cooling fireworks all at once.
