2026 Shikokuchuo City Minato Festival Fireworks — Full-Day Course
Centered on the Shikokuchuo City Minato Festival Fireworks starting at 20:00 on Saturday, July 25, 2026, this full-day course lets you enjoy Shikokuchuo City, a town built on papermaking. During the day, learn about the town's industrial history at the Paper Museum (紙のまち資料館), stroll through the Mishima Odori Shopping Street (三島大通り商店街), and let the kids run around at Mishima Park (三島公園). In the evening, move to the area around Mishima-Kawanoe Port (三島川之江港), the fireworks venue, and fill up on food while waiting for the show to start; at night, fireworks color the sky over the port. In past years, this fireworks display has launched around 7,000 shells. This is a summer day plan unique to Shikokuchuo City, letting you enjoy both learning about a manufacturing town and the port's Minato Festival fireworks to the fullest.
