2026 Jūshichiyō Festival 1-Day Experience Course
Featuring the Jūshichiyō Festival starting at 21:00 on July 25, 2026 (Saturday), this is a 1-day course to fully enjoy Tosa Town, Kochi Prefecture, home to Sayamura Dam, known as Shikoku's water reservoir, from midday onwards. At lunch, visit Sayamura Dam, one of Shikoku's largest dams, and enjoy views of the majestic dam and the surrounding mountain range. Next, head to Lake Samebura, created by the dam, and spend leisure time gazing at the calm lake surface. In the afternoon, stop by Michi-no-Eki Tosa Samebura roadside station to enjoy local specialty products and take a break. In the evening, purchase dinner near Nakajima Children's Park, secure a spot, and wait for sunset. From 21:00 to 21:15, fireworks illuminate the night sky of Tosa Town.
