2026 China Town Hometown Summer Festival & Oyama Festival Fireworks Full Day Course

On July 26 (Sunday) 2026, at China Fishing Port Park (Marine Park Shirahama) in China Town, Ohshima County, Kagoshima Prefecture, the China Town Hometown Summer Festival & Oyama Festival Fireworks as the main event, a one-day course to enjoy Okinoerabu Island's nature. At noon, visit Tapia Cape (田皆岬), where you can overlook the East China Sea from steep cliffs. Explore the cool underground world in Shouyuudo Cave (昇竜洞), the largest stalactite cave on the island. In the afternoon, climb Oyama Park (大山公園), whose name inspired the festival, and enjoy the panoramic view of the island's settlements and sea.
