2026 47th Shosanvetsu Cape Festival Full-Day Enjoyment Course
A full-day leisurely course featuring the 47th Shosanvetsu Cape Festival held August 1, 2026 (Saturday), exploring Shosanvetsu Village facing the Sea of Japan. At noon, savor seafood-based lunch at the Roadside Station in Misaki Daiōen Park, then visit the village's SORA Planetarium to touch the world of space. From Kinkoku Cape, enjoy views of Teuri and Yagishiri Islands' silhouettes on the Sea of Japan. In the evening, rest and dine at Misaki-no-Yu Shosanvetsu Hot Spring, then secure a viewing spot at Misaki Daiōen Park as sunset approaches. At 7 PM, fireworks light up the clear northern night sky, marking the finale with a quiet and beautiful summer night unique to this star-watching village.
