2026 43rd Kagari-bi Citizen Festival Full-Day Enjoyment Course
A course to enjoy Otsuki City for a full day, with the 43rd Kagari-bi Citizen Festival on August 1, 2026 (Saturday) as the main attraction. At noon, view Saruhashi Bridge, counted as one of Japan's Three Wondrous Bridges, and savor the valley beauty of the Katsuragawa River at the park at the base of the bridge. In the afternoon, walk around Otsuki Station's front area to experience the town's atmosphere, then in the evening, move to the festival plaza to grab food from stalls while waiting for the opening. From 7 PM for one hour, fireworks light up the sky to conclude Otsuki's summer festival.
