2026 Toyoake Summer Festival: A Full-Day Course
This full-day course centers on the Toyoake Summer Festival, held over two days on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Toyoake City Cultural Hall in Toyoake City, Aichi Prefecture (the festival runs 4:00-9:00 p.m., with fireworks from 8:00-8:15 p.m. on both days). At midday, enjoy a historical walk at Okehazama Old Battlefield Park, associated with Oda Nobunaga, and in the afternoon, stroll leisurely through the shopping street in front of the station to soak up the atmosphere of the town of Toyoake. In the evening, have a bite to eat before heading to the venue to secure a spot. From 8 p.m., fireworks light up the night sky, capping off the summer festival. This is a day plan unique to Toyoake City, letting you compactly enjoy a historical walk, a stroll through town, and fireworks, all in one.
