This course centers on the 31st Cosmos Flowering Declaration Fireworks Festival, held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and lets you enjoy Yubetsu Town in the Okhotsk region over a full day. At midday, enjoy the heated pool and local food at Michi-no-Eki Ai Land Yubetsu, and in the afternoon, take a leisurely stroll through the spacious grounds of Kami-Yubetsu Tulip Park. In the evening, enjoy the calm scenery of Lake Saroma's shore, then move to the riverbank of the Yubetsu River before sunset to secure your spot. At night, about 6,000 fireworks color Yubetsu's night sky from the special venue at Seseragi Plaza.
