2026 Takazaki Summer Festival: A Full-Day Course
A full-day course centered on the 2026 Takazaki Summer Festival, held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Takazaki General Park Athletics Stadium in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. At midday, stroll the spacious grounds of Takazaki General Park, the festival venue, then enjoy nature at the park spreading around the shore of Kannon-ike Pond. In the afternoon, take a breather at a hot spring facility inside the park, and in the evening head back to the venue to secure a spot while enjoying a light meal. The festival opens at 5pm, and from 8:30pm, once the sky has darkened, the area around the athletics stadium becomes the fireworks viewing venue as fireworks launch to close out the festival.
