2026 – 57th Tsugaru Fireworks Festival Full-Day Course
This full-day course centers on the 57th Tsugaru Fireworks Festival, held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, and takes in the highlights of Hirakawa City along with the Hirakawa riverbank in Fujisaki Town (藤崎町), known as a stopover for wintering swans. By day, stroll the lush grounds of Sarugako Park and Saruga Shrine (猿賀公園・猿賀神社), admire the nationally designated scenic garden at Seibien (盛美園), and enjoy shopping around Hiraka Station Plaza (平賀駅前広場). In the evening, return to the area around Hakucho Fureai Plaza on the Hirakawa riverbank (平川河畔白鳥ふれあい広場) for dinner and to claim a viewing spot, and at night fireworks color the Tsugaru sky.
